Your apartment enters the resort's rental pool. Revenue is generated from combined bookings, operating costs are deducted, and owners receive their agreed share of net pool revenue.

What does the payment plan look like?

A reservation deposit, a 20% down payment, and milestone payments across construction, with a final payment on handover.
